Symbolism explanations:

Shield - his will to protect his people
Dragon on shield - strength, wisdom and selfless courage
Crown - his status and his authority
Excalibur - power, experience in battlefield, leadership
Background - the huge circle represents the sun which is associated to the Emperor card, and the animals on the circle are some of the animals that Arthur had faced.
